Throughout her life, Kelley-Jo Roulusonis has had numerous odds and ends jobs from making muffins to construction work. However, for more than a decade, she has been working as a full time legal assistant, until she finally realized that what she wanted to be "when I grow up" was an actor. Therefore, in the fall of 2006, Kelley-Jo actively began pursuing her childhood dream of appearing in televisions commercials. She attended an orientation at an acting school, where she was asked where she wanted to go with her acting. Ms. Roulusonis was asked if she saw herself on a television series or in movies. She automatically dismissed the thought to herself thinking no one would need her. After all, she was attempting to start her acting "career" at the age of 37. Roulusonis contemplated briefly and both her eyes and mind opened to new and exciting possibilities. No longer limiting herself to just television commercials, Roulusonis has had roles in a handful of student films and a few independent films, such as "A Child's Dream" directed by RWidmack Productions and "The Observer" by Castparty Productions. She has performed in a couple of Harvard Law School workshops in an attempt to assist future lawyers hone in their negotiation skills. Kelley-Jo has also performed background work in numerous feature films and television commercials throughout the Boston area. Roulusonis has performed background work in television pilots in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. When she is not working, Kelley-Jo enjoys Karaoke, cooking and spending time outdoors. Roulusonis is a committed team player. Kelley-Jo looks forward to future opportunities where she can acquire roles that take the audience out of their own life into the world of her characters. |
