Call for Artists!!!

Axiom Presents:
“Electric Shadows: An Experimental Film Festival”
Friday, August 8, 2008
Begins at 6 P.M.

Axiom is hosting its first experimental film festival Friday, August 8, 2008 beginning at 6 P.M. We are compiling films of all types, styles, and genres from local artists and showing them for one night only at Axiom located at 141 Green Street inside the Green Street T Stop on the Orange Line.

Submissions: Artists may submit up to three (3) films and/or videos of any type, style, genre, or length. Artists are asked to give an estimated rating for each film/video (G-NC17, sorry - no X rated films please) and provide a brief synopsis of the film including title and length along with stills and no more than 30 mins of footage for consideration, if piece is shorter than 30 mins please provide entire footage. In addition please include an artist bio.

All submissions should be uploaded to our FTP site at ftp.axiomart.org - Username: axiomart, Password: 141green. Uploads should be kept to a 30mb maximum. Please send e-mail notification jmadden@axiomart.org of upload to and autumnpatricia@axiomart.org.

Deadline for submissions: Friday, July 25th
You will be notified by the following Monday, July 28th if your film(s) have been selected.
