Trudi Goodman is a actor, singer, musician, writer, director and producer with over 30 years of performance experience throughout New England. She performs in Yiddish, Hebrew, Ladino, Spanish, French and Italian. Her voice can be heard in the Multi-Media Exhibit at The Shapiro House/Strawberry Banke Museum, in Portsmouth N.H.
She is a graduate of University of Massachusetts at Boston (1984) where she won The Susan Glover Hitchcock Award (for Outstanding Musicianship) and The New Theatre Conservatory (1997).
She appears in the several recent Independent Films: the yet to be released films: 21(dir. Robert Luketic/Columbia Pictures),and Gone Baby Gone (dir. Ben Affleck/Disney Miramax) as the Principal Actor, Roberta Trett. And in The Departed (dir. Martin Scorsese/Warner Bros.)and The Child King (Dir. Frank Kerr, Boston Pictures).
In 2002, she performed as Mrs. Rosa Murillo in Shameless, a Boston Globe Critics Pick of the Week.
She is a graduate of University of Mass/Boston ; where she won The Susan Glover Hitchcock Award for Musicianship and The New Theatre Conservatory.
She teaches Acting and Performance Skills, Creativity Workshops and Stress Performance Workshops throughout the New England Area. |
