Tom Erb has over 35 years consulting experience, showing a variety of businesses how to isolate their needs and move forward in a positive direction, hence enabling the company to motivate their staff to obtain desired objectives. As an actor, director, producer, arts educator and Real Estate professional, with extensive training and experience in business, Tom brings a unique perspective to organizational change, business development and production management.
In 1992, Tom started his own production firm, Erb Productions, to help arts organizations, as well as mainstream corporations, establish a structure of leadership, and develop business strategies that apply to their organizations. As Erb Productions, his work includes executive coaching and development, organizational and team design, strategic planning, budget management and communication systems.
His clients have included Park Road Playhouse, Sarah Parker Talent Management, Palm Beach Opera, Seattle Opera, Fitness Attitude Training, Warner Brothers, Pioneer Motion Pictures, Polka Dot Playhouse, Rolling Stones Concert, the 1995 Super Bowl Halftime Show, South Carolina Forestry Commission, American Heart Association, American Chiropractic Association and Special Olympics.
Tom has enjoyed a variety of successes and triumphs over the years. These have included: Published in national and local publications. Composing and producing a syndicated television series entitled "Fitness Attitude Training". Serving as producer and co-host for the American Lung Association's benefit production of U.S. Southern States Bodybuilding Contest" on WPEC-TV in South Carolina. Producing and serving as co-host with local radio personality Joe Lombardi from 93.7, WZMX for Fox WTIC-TV Connecticut. Working with many Hollywood actors and directors who include Stephen Spielberg, Joel Schumacher, Sylvester Stallone, Jim Carey, Burt Reynolds and Cliff Robertson. CO-Founder of the Park Road Playhouse in West Hartford, Connecticut. Serving as Founder/Artistic Director for the New England Theatre Training Institute
and Chatham Repertory in Central Connecticut. Assistant Production Director, Production Stage Manager, Assistant Director for The Palm Beach Opera in West Palm Beach Florida. Directed stage productions for over 30 years that include major musicals, plays, workshops and improvisation productions. Acting Teacher and Coach for many talent agencies, theatres and playhouses in Florida, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Serving as Founder/Artistic Director for the New England Theatre Training Institute
and Newport Chamber Theatre and Ditto Productions in Newport Rhode Island.
Tom majored in theatre arts at Roger Williams University and Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild of America, New England Theatre Conference, and Florida Motion Picture & Television Association and New England Academy of Theatre faculty. |
