Her formal art education started when she was three-years-old at Martin Tovar y Tovar Fine Art School and graduating later on.      Sikiu went through different classes, exploring diverse mediums discovering clay as her preference. After winning awards and being shown in local galleries as a young talent she started her own Art Business when she was still a full-time college student and a mother.      Her studio ran successfully for a few years selling mainly pre-Columbian ceramic masks and small-size sculptures, commissioned murals, paintings and sculptures, on the main time completing her Advertising BA. In early 2001, she moved to the United States for a new beginning, with all the passion she had accumulated for so many years.      “I’m proud to be a Naturalized American and love to represent both cultures through my art”
