Kerri
Kanelos was born and raised in Warwick, Rhode
Island. Now a resident of Providence, she
holds a BA (Suma Cum Laude) from Franklin
Pierce College in Mass Communication with
minors in Women’s Studies and American
Studies.
Besides her
writing career, Kerri also works as the Director
of the Employment and Training Department
at a local non-profit community action agency.
Her passions include urban development, sociology,
cooking, New England arts, her super rabbit
Emily, music, and all things feminist. She
hopes to attend college in 2006 to pursue
her Master’s degree in Gender and Cultural
Studies.
