Emily Vigneron is an up and coming SAG actress/singer whose experience has brought her to England for high school programs like the Ontario Achievement credit course at Oxford for a Summer, and A level Theater Studies at The Bryanston School In Dorset England for two years. She also has a Bachelors degree from Scripps College in Claremont California, where she was an English Major with a Minor in Theater. She is currently studying voice with Kathryn Fields, but also studied with Marybeth Haag at Scripps. Her experience spans from Ancient Greek plays, to musicals, film and television. Two years ago she was member of the Cobblestone players doing colonial educational theater. Where she played Maryanne Faneuil, and Elizabeth. Her other most recent projects include a staged reading of the news Musical StoryVille, the film "Revolution," where she played Jenny Peterson, and the film "The Mob: A Musical" where she was the Trophy Wife. Both films should end up at various film festivals, but have not so far. She is also currently filming a Ultra low budget Sag film called "reality check" where she plays the part of Tammy.
In addition to her film work she was also Hardy After-School theater and History teacher for the past 3 years. She has directed various plays childrnes plays including "Before the Sun Rises", "Make Way for Ducklings: In Space", "The Mystery of the Gumdrop Dragon", "Peggy the Pint Sized Pirate", and "The Adventures of Captain Potato." She is currently getting her masters at Emerson college in Theater Education. |
