Cara Harvey is seventeen years old. She began her acting career at the age of eleven with a roll as Amaryllis in The Music Man at Foothills Theatre in Worcester, MA. The following summer, Cara auditioned for the PBS series "ZOOM" and was cast as one of the show's seven cast members on Season VI. For a short while, she enjoyed traveling to perform in promotional events for the show. Soon, Cara found her way back to the theatre, performing as a Story Trouper with Wheelock Family Theatre. She took many classes there, as well as at Boston Casting. After a wonderful experience at Boston Casting, Cara decided to intern across the hall at Image Makers Models and Talent, to get a better perspective regarding the industry. Soon after she began hosting a local cable show and went to state finals with her high school drama club after performing in many productions with them, Cara attended the Boston University Summer Theatre Institute. It was a most beneficial program for her. Since then, Cara has appeared in commercials for Herb Chambers and WGBH, as well as appearing in Goldilocks Productions' "Third Date". She was recently cast as the lead in her high school's dramatic piece, which they will compete at the Massachusetts High School Drama Guild's Annual One Act Play Festival. Cara is 5'4'', 105 lbs.
