I have enjoyed an unusually successful career as a trial lawyer - a skill transferable to acting. I have had the very rare opportunity to argue before the United States Supreme Court. My clients are referred to me by other lawyers. I treat everyone with dignity and respect. I work well with others. People like me. I am often asked to teach other lawyers on trial techniques and ethics. I have been fortunate enough to have been recognized by my peers for awards, fellowships and lists of "best" trial lawyers. Lawyers are taught to be able to argue any side of an issue. As a result, I am able to take direction well.
I began acting in April 2009. Since then, other than extra work, I have had roles in 7 films. By Thanksgiving of 2009, I have been cast in 6 more films which are about to begin shooting.
I am 5'11" and weigh 222 pounds. My wife describes me as looking like a linebacker. I can play a 45 to 60 year old.
My ancestors were stone carvers and I have continued that tradition. I am always striving to put out better work product. It is the same with me regarding always wanting to improve my skills as a trial lawyer and actor.
I am a photographer of people. I shoot an OK game of pool. My work prior to becoming a lawyer/actor includes working high steel, plumbing and carpentry.
