I've always been a performer, especially as a singer. When I moved to Rhode Island I found out that acting was natural and fun for me, and that I was blessed with enough (untrained) ability to be chosen for work with each audition opportunity I received. My first bit of acting experience was as the featured car-shopper in a long-running Valenti Toyota commercial. Then I appeared in the hit Broadway show "Never Too Late" at The Granite Theatre in Westerly, RI., playing two characters in my stage debut. I also became a featured performer in several stage productions by 'The Shakespearean Society' at Brown University, most recently as Lt. Joseph Cable in Rodgers & Hammerstein's musical romance, "South Pacific".
Finally, I was cast as a key member of the Mayor's SWAT Team in the Walt Disney Motion Picture production of "Underdog", filmed on location in Providence, RI and released in 2007. I was pleased to see that I received a few moments of close-up screen time on that project. I'm currently employed as a solo musician on guitar and vocals, performing selected songs from the classic country, blues and rock genres before live audiences. I have a strong, wide-ranging tenor voice, well-expressed physical coordination, an innate comedic sense, excellent listening and articulation ability, an honest and amiable stage presence, and an intuitive feel for playing a diverse range of characters. Am a dedicated team worker.
